Good Rainy Michigan Friday!
Semester is finally done and it's off to 'Vegas next week! Had a good, but busy semester with the students. They all will make really good nurses.
What are your weekend/Mother's Day plans? Will be going to a "Mom's Sale" with the daughter and grandson tomorrow. Was going to ride an organized bike ride on Saturday, but not as it will be wet and way too cold. Mother's Day is up in the air...

Good Morning.
Anyone else having issues with that stupid Sprint ad on the bottom of the page?  I can't see what I'm typing because it is stuck across my screen.  And I hate the new chat feature.  At home I can stay logged off, but at work, it won't do that.  So every time I sign on I get a million pop ups to chat and I can't close them fast enough.
Today, it won't let me change my status to unavailable, either.  So annoying.

I am going out to lunch and a pedi on Saturday and just hanging out on Sunday.  I see my mom ALL THE TIME, so it's not a big deal to do anything on Mother's day.  I don't know what Dave and kids will do at our house.  I know we won't be going out to eat or anything.  Maybe they will let me lay around in my pjs and watch the Tiger game!

Good morning!  Its dreary here but not raining, yet.  I have the day off, but have a million things to get done today.

Brenda - I went to My OH, general and disabled chat.  The bar went away.  I didn't have any ads though... 

Nothing planned for Mother's Day.  Maybe I'll surprise everyone and head downstate for the day - we'll see.

QOTD: Mothers day week end.
I will go to the cemetery and  put flowers on the graves of my Mother and God Mother. They are sisters and are buried next to each other.  My mom and I didn't get along but the saying bring me flowers when I am alive and can enjoy them instead of when I am dead and buried sure stick in my mind now that they are gone.

My DD is taking me for a Pedi and wax tonight. On Sunday My DS is taking us out for dinner at the Texas Road house. DH won't be in town this weekend cause he arranged days off to take  Me and the trailer to Holland. Just cause he love me.

Good Morning All!

What a gloomy day! . . . but it is Friday.

I am just finishing the last of my 3 - 16 hour days . . I shouldn't have to many more they finally hired someone . . we be a while before he is trained and ready to go out on his own, but there is finally light at the end of the tunnel.

I am doing a 5k tomorrow morning at 8:00 am  .  . . it will be wet and cold I am sure.  I plan on just hanging out at home all day Saturday in my pj's and then watching the Red Wings on Saturday night.  Sunday family BBQ at my parents with my son, sisters, brother and their families.  My daughter is in New York I would love a surprise visit but don't think that will happen as she just got in from Moscow.

Good Morning everyone ! Wow, what a rainy day, but now my DH can work on his Honey Do List that is stuff in the house today. He ended his semester and has been home all week working in the yard and getting stuff done that he has wanted to do for a long time. He loves doing the yard stuff. Since it is raining he is going to build some shelves in our bedroom today, ever since we got married I haven't had room for his stuff (hey, I lost weight and bought tons of clothes, the whole closet was mine prior to him coming into my life *sigh* what a great life it has become). So we need more room in our room for his stuff, every year we move his clothes from the spare bedroom to our bedroom for the summer, I have a friend that comes and stays for two months each summer then his mother comes after that for 2 - 3 months. This year we will be prepared ! Yeah !

OH, I found out last night that my sister is going to be a grandparent and to TWINS ! ! ! I am so happy for her, it made me cry. I just saw her son and DIL this past weekend when we were home for Mom's BD and I said something to my sister, I was pretty sure that her DIL was pregnant, I had said something to her even a month ago because I thought so then. Well, she called me last night, they had the ultrasound yesterday and found out it is twins. My Sister was sworn to secrecy until yesterday. I just cried ! Isn't it a wonderful thing, you would think it was my kids having more babies !

Well, I have blabbered on enough, I better get back to my real job and PC, dang, I am so happy it is FRIDAY ! ! ! Even if the weekend is supposed to be crappy. I love spending time with my DH ! Have a great weekend everyone !
