Yep. I just posted on the RNY forum this morning for a woman to look in the mirror and say to herself:  "Look goon, stop with the craziness!"  (does that count as encouraging?)

4) If you could go back and have your surgery again would you?
Well... no, of course not. Who'd want to deal with the pain of surgery? That morphine stuff didn't work well for me and it hurt, dang it!  Good thing I've already got rearranged guts and don't have to do it again.  LOL!  That's not what you meant, huh?  Ok, yes. I'd do it all over again if I had to.

5) Do you have a food that you eat over and over again . . if so what is it?
Protein Tea every single morning for a year and a half now.   Jennie-O Peppered Turkey Breast. Carbmaster yogurt with Fiber One twigs. Grapes and cheesesticks for almost every afternoon snack.  Yeah.... lots of repeats in my life.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!
