Good Morning Michiganders and all else who join us.

Black and Chocolate protein coffee for me this AM. (again) It is my favorite. Meeting up with BM for lunch today. then who knows what after that.

Answer: 5 for Fridays I think that they are fun and even though I don't always answer them I find them to be interesting and enjoyable! We should make BM the official 5 for Friday person.

Good Morning everyone.  Drinking a frozen protein hot chocolate and on my way out the door for work.

QOTD-Meh.  Nothing comes to mind.

I also like the FFF, but I like that different people do it all the time.  If only one person did it, then we would only get to answer the kinds of questions that they like to ask.  I had fun when some random person asked about sex and other fun stuff.  But that's just me :)

Brenda if I forgot to thank you for the powder samples I am now. THANK YOU AND YOUR SISTER TOO!  I tried it and liked it, will be ordering some from the website soon. and I looked at the site probably some other things too.

still have some left so will take to my the Race for the cure on the 22 of may and pass them out to the other WLS support group I belong too. If that is OK.

BM-oh my gosh.  Why did I open up that can of worms?

Nan-I have one of those "Ninja" blenders that you see on TV.  I throw in chocolate protein powder, ice cubes, skim milk, 2 tsp. of sf hot cocoa mix, and one melted hershey's kiss (yeah, I know, so sue me).  Then I blend it all up and it tastes like hot cocoa, but in cold shake form.  Today I left out the kiss and added a little peanut butter for variety.  This one seriously tastes like a Reese's flurry.  Yum.

QOTD:  Its my Friday - WOOHOO - making a list of things I need to get done tomorrow.  My refrigerator went out with the storms a few nights ago and trying to get that fixed... always something. 

I also like the FFF but if the questions are too hard, I don't answer.  When I say hard, they are thought provoking - and if its too early in the morning, it just ain't going to happen!! LOL

Good morning Michigan!

MIxing it up a little today as I ate breakfast before my coffee this morning.  Just had a banana and yogurt now I have to wait 30-60 minutes till coffee - UGH!  Why did I do that.  I'm finding I NEED my coffee in the morning :-)

OMG there is this lady at work right now who is chit chatting and she has the most annoying laugh I have every heard.  It's like her whole side of the conversation is this annoying laugh/giggle.  She'ls laughing as she talks.  Ok, I feel better now vented!!  I just need to put on headphones and block it out.

I also like the FFF's.

Good morning.  Just being lazy this morning.  The sun is shining in the window and it looks so green and lovely outside.  Rained most of the night, but appears to be clearing up now.  Making reservations for a flight to Colorado.  My friend and I decided it would cost us about the same to fly as it would for the two of us to drive out there.  Hotel rooms and gas and food and all, so we decided to save four days on the road and use those extra days in Colorado.
I love the fff  Keep it up.
It is what it is.
