Nice Time

I had such a nice time in Holland.  Mary and I finished the race together.  We talked and walked the entire time.  Kristi and Pam were at the finish line cheering for us.  It felt really good to participate in the race.  Lunch was nice with the ladies as well.  We(my mom and aunt) stayed an extra couple of days and seen so many things.  Holland is much bigger that what I first thought.  The flowers were amazing but I would have thought with thousands of flowers all in one place it would have smelled of beautiful flowers.  They did not smell at all, I found that odd.  We rode the trolly and went to see how wooden shoes were made and walked the Windmill Isle.  It was such a site.  I would go back again.  Sadly we did not get to go in the hot air balloon.  The weather was not permitting, maybe next time.

I know that they have them in Frakenmouth in the summer too.

Sorry you could not do the hot air balloon ride.  I did one in Phx., not allot of fun, in fact it was a bit boring.....the dessert is kinda plain.  I think I'd like one around here where there would be more things to look at.
