Nan, I've noticed that there are days when I only drink coffee!  Eek!!  Not that I'm drinking a ton of coffee, but just not drinking anything else during the day.  I always have a full water bottle and I notice at night when I go to bed and take my vitamins, that IT'S STILL FULL!!  I can't imagine not drinking any water all day, but apparently I have sometimes!

It's Monday and I took today off. My daughter had her wisdom teeth out bright and early today.

QOTD- This week I am working, I go to yoga two days a week and walk the rest of the week. Water has been a challenge for me, right now I am taking in about 45 oz's a day (sometimes a little more).

had a terrific time in Tulip town. It was good to be with OH family.  and  finishing my first 5k was supper. even if I was last.

Well, I'm back home, to the only house we own now.  It feels good to not have to worry about properties down state anymore.
Started the day with protein coffee.  Lunch was on the road, 1/2 chicken salad croissant and a cup of homemade chicken noodle soup.  Dinner is in the oven, stuffed cabbage we bought in Hamtramck with smashed potatoes.  Tomorrow I'll be back on schedule again.  I find it really hard when I'm out of town.  My fluid consumption is getting better, now that it's getting warmer.  We're walking more too.  That's the extent of my exercise tho.
It's good to be home.  Maybe I'll sleep better in my own bed again.

its monday andi started my week off witha restart . i rededicated my self to eating and exercising. and i went to my first support group .any one else go to ghp in gr?   i also wondered if anyone elsse goes to the ymca in grandville or the one on jupiter in belmont it would be nice to have a excercise buddy or supprt group buddy.
