Did you all notice the little instant message box on the bottom right of your screen?  You can put yourself online or offline with it.  If you set it online you can talk to others in real time.  Woo Hoo.  I see Moosie1234, and MaryMazilla, and Jody and .....oops, this isn't Romper room, I thought I had the looking glass for a moment....LOL

OK, so with that improvement it appears the posting button still doesn't work correctly.  You need to use the Quick Reply button. 

FYI - No, I am not going to Holland this weekend, sorry, wish I could meet all of you.  It is my Mother's 84th BD on Saturday so we will be going up to Auburn to celebrate with my sister and her family.  (no, not Auburn Hills, just Auburn, it is between Midland, Bay City and Saginaw.)  Our trip to Mexico next week was cancelled again....ARGGGG  Not sure why DH is handling another date for it.  Oh, well, such is life.

Good morning!  When you say the posting button isn't working, do you mean to post an original post or a reply?  I was able to reply to your post by just hitting reply.  Oh, and thanks for pointing out the chat function!  I didn't notice that!   Anyway...looks like a beautiful day out today!

I'm not going to Holland this weekend, either.  Sounds like fun, though.  I can't go because I play in a community wind symphony and our concert is Friday night.  If I did go, though, I would've been camping out at the local hotel!  Hope everyone has a good time!

Yep, experienced the chat bar at the bottom. So far I'm not convinced I like it... but time will tell, I suppose.  I do like the other improvements on the OH site though.  The MyOH page loads a LOT faster than it used to and I like the drop-down menu that'll take me directly to the specific page I want to go to on the MyOH section.  Seems that reply windows pop up a lot faster too. The running stats on the homepage of total pounds lost, etc. is pretty cool and fun to wat*****rease. They are also suppose to be updating the before and after pictures... not sure if they are going to put a call out to have people submit new photos or if the gather those from profiles, but apparently, it's coming.

Sally - not sure which reply button you're referring to.  I haven't had any issues with replying to messages (and I do that a lot).  I haven't tested the "quick edit" feature again though - it used to leave funking formatting issues when you edited a post that way, I'll have to see how it works now with the update.

Happy Birthday to your Mom, Sally.  I know exactly where Auburn is... living in Bay City and Saginaw helps with that bit of knowledge.  :-)

Hello Michiganders.

Well this is it the big weekend is here Holland MI.
did some running with DH to day to get his eyes checked and order his new specs.
Then to his DR. His blood sugar has stablized and his metformin is working.

now getting ready for the trip. got to get the blankets and stuff in the trailer
