Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Tulip time fun run is morning of May 1
I will be camping atDrew's Country Campground.
I made arrangements with the camp ground to allow to have a meet n greet campfire that evening at our site. You are welcome to join us at the campsite just bring you own refreshments/snack and a chair to sit on.
Brenda the chub rub samples just got here about 20 minutes ago. They smell so good.

** Eat Fiber. It helps you poop.
** Don't eat enriched white bread, it's a simple carb. Pick whole grain instead.
** Don't eat pork rinds and ground beef in the same day - too much fat. Eat 'em, just on different days.
** Yes, you need to count your protein shakes toward your daily calories.
** People who keep a Food Diary lose TWICE as much weight as those who don't
** Pre-plan meals. Pre-package snacks. Makes you obsess less about food.
** Terri makes some killer soup!
** Richard gained 5 pounds since Ruthann's surgery. We're putting him on a diet.
** Women have higher body fat percentages than women cuz we have boobs.
** Pool Party at Ruthann's in June --- looks like the 26th maybe?
** If you're doing the race with Michael on Sunday, let him know, he'll send out meeting spot info
** I'm sending out a survey about meeting location stuff (hopefully tomorrow)

Too funny about Richard - putting him on a diet - that made me laugh!
I won't be doing the race on Sunday because my boys have their State bowling tournament this weekend down near Detroit so I won't be home until Sunday evening.
