hello.....anybody out there
Had some running round this morning. Both of my boys spent the night at friends so I was by myself. It was so nice, peacefull. I slept in, 7:30. Had a few birds trying to build a next in my eves troff (sp). My son took care of that today. Thankfully there were no eggs.
QOTD: I do drink while I eat. I also make sure I do protein first.
What a beautiful day today was. The sun felt so good!!
QOTD: For me, I don't ever drink with meals. That's the one rule I don't break ever. And for now, the other one is no sweets for me, I haven't eaten any sweets since surgery and I'm afraid to go there since they are a huge trigger food for me. I lived on sweets before my surgery so I'm trying my hardest to just stick with sugar free desserts if I have them.

QOTD: Wish I could say it was no drinking with meals, but I do on occasion. I sip, not gulp, but its drinking nonthesame. One rule I don't break is my protein drinks. I can honestly say since my surgery I've missed having a protein drink maybe 3-4 times. My vitamins come a close second.
One rule that is broken daily is how fast I eat - UGH!

I have to say that I do order water usually with my meal...just in case. something was to get stuck...normally I do not drink with meals at all and never really did so that was not a hard one for me....
The hardest thing for me is I crave crunchy and did immediately after surgery... I don't do preotein drinks any more, but, once in a while I will find that I am sluggish and go back on them for a week or so and that helps.....
