Long time no post!!

Hi everyone!!
WOW, it's been a LONG time since I've posted.  Sorry.
Since my surgery, my life has changed.  I no longer stay up at night (I am in bed usually by 11 ~ we had company today and I am all out of sorts!!  LOL).
I have done excellent since surgery.  The morning of surgery I weighed 279 and this morning (4 weeks out) I am down to 250 so a loss of 29 pounds.  I am thrilled.  I have pics, but since I never seem to get online anymore, I'm not sure when I will get them on here, but I'll try my hardest!!  LOL
I am having trouble getting my total of water and protein in.  I'm trying, but really can't make my goals yet.
I am fitting into smaller clothes which I LOVE.
I have been walking everyday and now I go swimming which I love.  But, I think I actually pushed it too early to go swimming because my tummy hurt really bad after a week of swimming.  So, I am holding off my swimming for a while.
Well, I will close now, needing to get to bed, but I really, REALLY wanted to get on here and post a HOWDY to all my friends here!!
Thank you all for thinking of me and keeping me in your thoughts.

God Bless  you all!!

Glad all is going good for you.  Great job on the wl.  I would love to swim but there is no place around here affordable.  Hopefully the weather will stay nice for your walks.

Wow Tari - how awesome!!!!  Good for you.   I was just reading yesterday on another member's blog that since surgery they just don't have the time to be online anymore.  Cuz they are LIVING LIFE>  LOL.  Take care of yourself!!

Glad to hear your doing so good.  It takes a while to get the whole eating and drinking requirements in in the beginning, but you'll get there.

Congrats on the 29, this is just the beginning!

Keep in touch,
