Marymazilla' s No Bake High Protein Cheese cake

This is very tasty and pushes 20.9 grams of protein per 1/10 of a 9" spring form Pan slice.

   Ingredients
    Filling:
    Truvia Natural Sweetener, 24 serving Packets(or 1/3 c + 1 tbsp)
    *Any Whey, unflavored protein powder, 4 serving
    *Knox Unflavored Gelatin, 2 envelope
    Salt, .25 tsp
    *Skim Milk, 1 cup
    Lemon Peel, 1 tbsp
    Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 3 cup
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Egg white, 2
    Egg Yolk, 2
    Heavy Whipping Cream, 1 cup

    Crust:
    *Kroger Graham Cracker Crumbs, 1.5 cup
    *Egg White - One Large Egg White,
    Unsweetened Applesauce, 0.25 cup
    *Splenda Brown Sugar, 4 tsp


Directions

Filling:
Early in the day.

1. In a medium saucepan stir gelatin with truvia and salt.
in a small bowl beat the egg yolks, with the mil****il mixed; stir into gelatin mixture.
cover over medium heat, stirring, until mixture thickens and coats spoon.
Remove from heat Add lemon peel; and let cool.

2. Into a large bowl, press cottage cheese through a sieve, stir in lemon juice, vanilla Protein powder, and gelatin mixture. Refrigerate 30 minutes, stirring often, or until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.

3. Crust:
Pre heat oven to 400 Degrees
In a bowl combine egg white, applesauce, Splenda brown mix well then add the graham cracker crumbs. mix again
now spray a 9 inch spring form pan with Pam
Press 2/3 of the graham cracker mixture to form a crust on the bottom and partly up the sides of the pan with the back of a spoon.
Bake for about 5 to 8 minutes then remove from over and let cool.

4. in a small bow l with mixer on high speed, beet 2 egg whites just until stiff peaks form;
Put cooled gelatin mixture into a blender and blend until no cottage cheese lumps are visible.
Spoon in the egg white mixture to the gelatin mixture.
In the bowl from the egg whites beat cream until soft peaks form; Spoon gelatin mixture on it and with a spatula fold together. Pour into the prepared crust in the spring form pan
Sprinkle with left over graham cracker crumbs. and chill until firm. I let it set up for 8 hr.

for serving
remove the outer rim of the spring form pan slice into 12 servings. Can be topped with berries, sliced peaches, chopped nuts, preserves, or canned fruit for garnish.

Sounds dangerous.  Don't know if I could stop at 1 serving.
It is what it is.
If He brings you to it, He'll bring you through it...

It is pretty filling. And I start with a 1/2 serving then if I still want some I get the other half.
by then I am done. taste just like real cheese cake.


I also send half to the neighbor across the street cause she has blood sugar.
