Good Morning Michiganders

Well It looks like a little rain and chili here today. DH is in town so we got up I had protein coffee and some raisin bran cereal this am.

What's in your cup?

QOTD:

Are you a procrastinator or proactive when it comes to starting a New week? How do you do it?

I am pro active until around weds. then I realize I didn't get as much as I had planned done and it can wait until next week. Then I start all over again.

Hi Mary

It is chilly around here today, but I still refuse to pull out my winter coat again.  I've only had OJ for breakfast today.  I will make up my protein a little later with hot cocoa and powder.

qotd:  I am a procrastinator when it comes to prepping for the week.  I usually wait until late Sunday night to go through my kid's book bag.  I also wait til later to lay out her clothes for Monday.  As far as meals go, I have my daughter buy her lunch so I don't have to bother making sure we have all the ingredients and snacks.  I do sorta plan dinners, but I can be convinced to only make mac n cheese so I don't have to cook anything.  That's my laziness showing....

have a great Monday everyone!

Good Morning !

Strong black coffee for me.  Had my yogurt already also.

QOTD:  I am proactive till I sit down, I get more done first thing every morning but the moment I get distracted I'm done.  *Sigh*  Makes it hard to get to the end of the task.

Good morning all!

Busy morning already here.  And still have piles of stuff awaiting my attention.  I missed my coffee this morning, so will find a mug of it later.  Just finishing up breakfast of yogurt and a banana now.

QOTD -- in general I'm a procrastinator about pretty much everything -- why do today what you could put off until tomorrow?  But for my week's meal plan, I tend to get things situated on Sunday which then makes my week go smoother when packing lunches every morning.

cold morning here.   Slept in so I did not get my morning walk in.  Packed a nice nutrional, high protein, low calorie lunch that I left on the table, so eating a quizon's turkey sammi and chicken soup.

I am like Mary - pro active the beginning of the week, then peter out the end of the week.    My days go that way also - I get more done early in the day, then slowly peter out toward the end of the day.

Good Afternoon All,

Went to the gym this morning.  I used a couple of new machines today.  I think I like them.  I made chili for the weeks lunch's.  Have not made that in a while.  I threw in some jalapeno peppers.  Hope it's not to hot.  Went over to my moms to get an onion and started to chit chat and left with out the onion.  Oh well, maybe I will pick one up after work tonight.

QOTD:  I like to get things done.  I like to delegate even better.  I have a routine.  I do the same things on the same days.  But it is subject to change at any time.

Mary do you know what Dr E's meeting is about on Tuesday??

I skipped coffee this am because I overslept.  I had to go out of town for my 1 yr appt.  It went pretty well.  They took my picture though.  I got measured and according to them I lost 3/4 in around wrist, 17 in around waist and 17 in around hips.  Seems hard to believe.  I lost 66% of my weight also.  It went well.  I forgot my wallet so I didn't have the co-pay to see the dietician this time.  I go back in 3 months.  I used to go monthly because of my various issues but now I am doing better enough to allow some time between visits.

QOTD-Definate procrastinator!
