As the leader of the Bay City Support Group -- I'm SO proud of these four ladies! They have transformed themselves into a group of athletes who are healthy, fit and motivated. WLS rocks!

And oh my god do my shins hurt today - LOL!!!

Thanks everyone for the nice words of encouragement! A year ago I would have never dreamt of doing a 5K race. It was so much fun!
