Slow Saturday
Good morning all !
I am on my first cup of strong black coffee, I couldn't wait for the coffee to finish so I took it out of the pot before it was done brewing so it is Really STRONG ! It will get my engines going. We went to Ypsi yesterday afternoon for my appt with PS. Everything is going great, I go back after the last wound heals. I got permission to go back to doing any excercise but if my stomach muscles hurt, don't do it yet. I need to get back onto the Eliptical to get my self back into shape for riding motorcycle and golf.
After the Dr appt we went to DH's friends house in Dearborn, they are great people. We went to supper at Miller's bar and then went to Kelly's aftewards. DH had to drive us home after this it was 2:00 am by time we got home. DH is still in bed, I slept the couple hours on the ride home so was awake at normal time today.

getting my protein and then off to the DIA with the HFH main support group from the hospital.
hubby is in town so I won't be going to dinner after witht them but it should be fun.

my answers no pedicure. Hot pink, Yes. they have bead across the tops.

QOTD: Yes, I had my pedicure when I was in florida. I never had one until about two years ago. LOVE IT. I usually have RED ! It stands out in the sandals. I bought a pair of black sandals in florida not our week there, the weekend we were there. As usual I forgot my dress shoes and couldn't wear my tennis shoes with the black dress pants so found a nice pair of black sketchers that are like a flip flop but with beads and have a stacked heel, can't wait to wear them here in MICHIGAN !

I have some grocery shopping to do and then a birthday party for my niece. Finished my protein drink this morning and will move on to koolaid.
QOTD: I have only had a pedicure one time. I don't even remember what color I used. Not pink though, it is not my color. I bought my sandals at GoodWill, they still had the store tags on them so they were never worn. Nothing fancy just comfy.
