Is Protein Bar Okay?
Just got back from the grocery store and picked up a protein bar that looked promising, but haven't heard too much here about these.
This one is EAS AdvantEdge, chocolate peanut butter crisp. It has 240 calories, total fat 8 g, sugar 1 and sugar alcohol 1, protein 17 g, with 4 g net carbs (?).
Does this sound okay? I like the idea of this, since I really don't have hunger and only eat to get in my protein. I know it sounds kind of high in calories, but really I would probably eat half the bar at a time.
What do you think???
