Tuesday Morning
It is a little long but I can't eat scrambled eggs anymore(texture). These are more fluffy. I am not sure about the quiche, I have not had that. I use a small Pyrex dish like a pudding cup size, not sure what it is really called. I have tried using a bigger dish when I made some for the kids. It took sooo long. If you make them for your family use the little dishes or it will take an hour. Not sure if I got it from eggface,I might have. I use taco meat, ham, black beans, kidney beans anything you can think of.It is a good dish to get rid of your leftovers in. I love trying new things now.
