Everyone is Welcome to Join In and Have Fun!!!!!  bm

1.  Besides "the teacher doesn"t like me", "the sun got in my eyes", "the dog ate my homework" what other classic excuses are there?

2.  Do you go out of your way to pull your own weight, maybe even more than you have to or should?

3.  Are you certain you are who you think you are?

4.  Would you be lost in a Big City or bored in a Small Town?

5.  Do we notice change in ourselves as often as we notice change in others?

Hello all!

Doctor appointment this afternoon.  I've printed my FitDay and GoWearFit logs for the past month -- figured I'd bury the dude in data to prove my compliance since he obviously has his doubts.  I'm just pissed off enough to fight.  But I'm going to try and behave myself.

FFF:

1 -- I got stopped by a train or boat or car accident...

2 -- I usually pull more than my weight.  But I'm working on backing off a bit.  Gotta learn to say no.

3 -- Mmm... this is my assignment this week from Group Therapy.  Figuring out WHO I am at my core and using that to base my self identity, rather than what I do or what I've accomplished.

4 -- I could do either.  Love the city and all there is to do, but want the downtime that a small town would offer too.

5 -- nope, probably not.  and most of us have a high "resistance to change" quota, so we don't like to admit when we've changed.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!

1. Besides "the teacher doesn"t like me", "the sun got in my eyes", "the dog ate my homework" what other classic excuses are there?

I forgot!

2. Do you go out of your way to pull your own weight, maybe even more than you have to or should?

I usually try to tow the whole boat!

3. Are you certain you are who you think you are?

Not me! I'll ask the other person who lives in this vessel!

4. Would you be lost in a Big City or bored in a Small Town?

I would adapt to either

5. Do we notice change in ourselves as often as we notice change in others?

Don't Know. I notice change in others first. But I don't know what "We" as a whole do.

This morning I had an endoscopy at HFHS.  I was apprehensive but as it turned out, I went to sleep, woke up and didn't even realize it was over.  Also, the test itself turned out good, so all is well.  (I told everyone I saw about my surgery and not to mess up my tummy.  lol  )

My car wouldn't start.

2.  Do you go out of your way to pull your own weight, maybe even more than you have to or should?

I do try to always pull my own weight.

3.  Are you certain you are who you think you are?

I know who I think I am, but sometimes my actions don't reflect that.

4.  Would you be lost in a Big City or bored in a Small Town?

Either really.  Right now I live in the 3rd largest city in Michigan.  I was raised in the rural thumb area and spent most of my life in a middle size town.  They all have their advantages.

5.  Do we notice change in ourselves as often as we notice change in others?

I think I usually notice change in others before I recognize a change in myself.

Yeah, I'm having a few problems with the pictures.  Right now I'm trying to change my avatar but it's not working yet.

Yes, I really want to go on the 23rd.  I have not gone to one of her sessions and would like to.

BTW, I had to have Dan take a few more pictures.  I'm not sure how I messed up the ones you took, but I'm still working on it.

What format did you want mom and dad's picture?
