Good morning!

Not much sleep last night thanks to a 5 hour long sneeze-fest.  And I'm still feeling like I might be on the edge of another outbreak any minute now.  I warned my co-workers and one of them just rolled his eyes and said: "Oh boy, here we go again!"

Finished my protein chai tea and fake latte this morning.  Breakfast of yogurt and banana in 30 minutes.

QOTD -- unfortunately I haven't gotten out as much as I'd like.  If I'm not at work, I'm at school.  If I'm not at work or school, I'm stuck in front of my computer doing homework.  I went out and did some walking at lunches a bit last week and will do it again as often as I can (gotta remember my tennis shoes though).  Also hit the park this past weekend for a very-chilly walk.  I'm just thrilled to see sunshine.

Good morning!  I have DUB news!!

He's WALKING!!!!  He started letting go and taking those first wobbly steps this week.  Each day, he tries a little bit more and this morning while he was playing he let go and wobbled to another toy, a few steps away.  OMG...HE'S TOO LITTLE!!  He JUST turned 9 months on Feb 26th!

QOTD:  We have been going outside and just basking in the sun on the front porch.  Before it got all cold and snowy, Dub loved to go outside.  He would just absolutely light up and laugh.  So, we couldn't wait to get outside, again.  He loves it, although everything he picks up (lava rocks from the landscaping) he wants to put in his mouth.  Can't wait til this warmth and sunshine are here to stay!

Hi All,

My computer has been broke the last few days.  It is terrible when it is down.  I am on it more than the kids.  We had a combined birthday for my boys on Saturday.  It was nice.  Lots of family and ice cream cake and cupcakes.  We had a good time.

Ran into an old co worker the other day.  At first she did not recognize me.  Not until I spoke.  She wanted to know how I lost all my weight.  When I told her I had wls, she rolled her eyes right in front of me.  I paid her no mind.  I was not going to defend or explain myself to her.

QOTD:  I have not spent much time outside.  I would like to do more walking outside.  Today I seen my first robin of the year.  Yeah!!

Hi Deb,

I've been drinking sparkling water all day long.  And just finished off some chicken salad.

qotd:  I have been riding my bike more and more.  I still wear my winter coat and a hat just in case the wind picks up.  I always take my dog on bikerides.  He sits on the handlebars.... wokka wokka wokka

Thoughts become things... choose the good ones!
