It's a great Friday morning and the sun is a'risin! Looks like another sunny day! Go out and get your natural Vit D.
But, as always, have your morning cup! What is in it? Will be brewing a pot of decaf real soon......
QOTD-Weekend plans? Always have our bariatric support group first Saturday of the month. Lots of errands and busy work as well. Doing end-of term evals for the students. Will go by rather quickly, I'm afraid.
Have a good one!

TGIF! I am having my morning cup of decaf, I usually only drink half a cup.  Haveing some constipation issues and I called the nurse at the bariatric center who told me to try miralax. She said to use it every 3-4 days if  I havent gone. I am scared to use it because what if I  cant leave the house? I dont know how  gentle this is.

QOTD- I am picking my neice up after work today, she is staying for the weekend. I plan on taking her to see "Alice In Wonderland"  and then going out to eat for her birthday.

I had a Carnation sugar-free instant breakfast and now decaf tea.  I LOVE seeing the sun in the morning!  Can't wait for this snow to melt - it's all dirty and ugly.

QOTD:  We are talking our daughter to see Alice in Wonderland too this weekend.  Just a nice relaxing weekend, no big plans.  Those are the best weekends - recharging the batteries.

Good morning!  Having my coffee...regular and black.  Watching Dub playing on the floor and watching the news.  No big plans for the day, but excited that last night I ordered a new Dyson and a carpet cleaner!  Woo hoo!!  We are getting carpet soon, throughout the house, so I needed something!

QOTD:  Working on the house.  We are tearing out the Pergo floor in the basement and the ceiling tiles.  We are getting carpet put in our basement, the landing upstairs and two bedrooms, but that hasn't been scheduled, yet.  Need to paint first, so this weekend we will hopefully get to the point of painting so we can schedule the carpet install.

Good morning -

Just finishing my fake latte this morning.  There was an emergency at the convenience store this morning where I get my coffee.... the steamed milk machine wasn't working and I nearly didn't get my coffee today!  OH NO!  But the owner came to the rescue and fixed it.  So all is right with the world again.

QOTD -- It's suppose to be gorgeous on Saturday and rainy on Sunday.  So hoping to get my errands done and enjoy the nice weather tomorrow, then be holed up in front of the computer all day Sunday.  We're approaching finals week and many of my final projects are due next week with finals the following week.  So I've got a bigger-than-normal pile of homework facing me this weekend.  Only 2 weeks left to this semester!  WooHoo!  Next semester's class load is much lighter and hopefully, more manageable.  I learned me lesson this term - no more 12-credit semesters for me, it's just unrealistic with my already-full work schedule.

Have a good one all!
Pam

Happy Friday! I am glad it is Friday and my hubby gets home tonight and gets to spend the weekend with me!! It is hard when he comes home from work and I have to run out to get some stuff done or vise versa. So I enjoy the weekends with him. Already ate my toast and drinking my iced tea now.

I am loving this sunshine.

QOTD: I work on Saturday mornings and I have an appt tomorrow at 1pm. Then heading home to hunker down for the weekend. I would love to be able to take Big Guy out in the sun and go for a walk in the wagon... I think I might have to compete with my hubby in a game of Guitar Hero too! I have been jonesing and thinking that it might be a good idea to kick his butt!

Good morning everyone!

Just finished some chili for lunch and will wait a half hour or so and start some SF Grape koolaid.

QOTD:  My two boys have their city bowling tournament this weekend so I'll be sitting in the bowling alley tonight, tomorrow and Sunday afternoon watching them bowl.  Looking forward to the warm sunny day Saturday is supposed to be.

Hi every one just checking in and saying Hello

doing much better. Went to dinner with DH last night at R lobster. had some lobster fest special. They accidental brought me crab legs and I ended up eating them and bring home the lobster fest platter of shrimp, scampi, and lobster tail for my DD. Funny but I did not order those legs on purpose but  since they brought them out and the waitress said they were free. Well they tasted so much better.

QOTD: going to hanker down stay in and read some books for the rest of the weekend. I think that I will try to go workout at the gym on Monday since I am feeling better. I just have to make sure I don't overdue at this point or get sweaty and go out into the weather and catch a chill again.
