Hump Day Coffee!!
Good morning! I don't have to be into wor****il noon so I had my cup of decaf earlier and now am working on some carbmaster yogurt. I went to the doctors yesterday and posted a blog about it, so far I have lost 40 lbs.
QOTD- we call my daughter "frenchie" because when she was a baby and first started talking she said everything so fast it was hard to understand what she was saying, so we said she was speaking french.

Howdy! Haven't been around much. Seems like every day we have been out running, but here we are at home, for now. Had my coffee and some of my leftover veggie sub from dinner last night, for breakfast. We were in Hillsdale, last night, so we got dinner from one of our fave restaurants there.
QOTD: Dub is my favorite nickname, too! My screen name, tunafish, is a nickname that my dad called me when I was little, so I used that. My siblings think it's funny to call me "weiner". My BIL has a cool nickname, I always thought. When he was born, my inlaws told my hubby, who was 6 at the time, that he was his 'critter' so he gets to help name him. Well, "Critter" stuck and he was called that FOREVER. Although, now, since he's 30something, we try to call him Christopher, but my husband reserves the right to call him Critter as long as he wants because he's the "big" brother.

I've had all my vitamins and yogurt and am working on a cup of protein hot chocolate. Today I added some SF raspberry syrup.. yum.
Well, I'm getting very aggravated at Meijers. They keep running out of my Fiber One Key Lime yogurt. I may be forced to switch stores because I hate to keep going to different stores trying to find one little item.
I am doing a Latte quilt and hope to get some time today to work on it.
QOTD - My mother always added bitsy to the end of her grandkids names, like Shannon-bitsy or Jared-bitsy. Now that they are adults, they still like to hear it from her, lately even more so because she gets confused and sometimes is not sure who she's talking to. When she says Shannon-bitsy, Shannon knows she is her old self at that moment. Funny how little things can become so important later.

13.5 lb lost before surgery
Hi everyone Feeling much better.
the cough has subsided a great deal. but I am still staying tucked inside. I don't care how sunny it is. I want to get over this.
QOTD: We have always called my FAT-BOY until one day when he was about 7 when n he came crying cause he thought we did it cause he was obese. We explained that it was because he was the best just like the Harley motor cycle. that was called a FAT-BOY. since then we just called him Charlie Brown.
My girl on the other hand would sit on the potty and sing the LU LU LU song. She made it up
So we called her LU LU LUCY. She is 21 but I still think that I can hear her in the jonnycrapper singing the song. LOL.
so we ended up with Charlie and Lucy.

John Terries husband just called me to say that her surgery is done and Terry is back in her room at the barix center in Yipslianti MI.
She is doing good and is still in and out of it.
But as far as they know all is OK.

Well, it's almost 9pm. Watching idol and getting caught up on threads.
QOTD- My Dad called me Janice Ka Banis when I was little. I ended up calling my kennel KaBanis Kennels when I was breeding dogs. My brother is 7 years older than I and he was alway*****y or just Punk. I didn't know for years and years that his name is really George. He's 65 now and still Punk to me. Hubby and I used to call each other Toots, but that has worn off now. I too call my grandson Babycakes, or sometimes just Cakes. My son and DIL call him Turkey Legs.
