QOTD-What's your favorite nickname for you or someone else? I call my eldest son "Bubba" He's not a "Bubba" type but it just endears him as he is silly and loveable....

Didn't want to get up today.  Hit snooze 4 times much to my cat's dismay!  Drinking protein shake and leaving for work in a few.  Busy day today working on project at work that I found out about at 2:30p yesterday due by end of day today...  Yippeee!

QOTD:  When hubby and I were starting to date he would say "oh la la FiFi..." so naturally he became Pepe like from the cartoon about Pepe la Pu.   He calls me his eternal mate FiFi.

Good Morning!

I am working a midnight shift and will be heading  home so just finishing my last bottle of water until this afternoon when I have to be back to work.
I have felt like a fat cat the last few days sitting in the sun as it streamed in the window. . . I forget how much I love the feel of the warm sun on my skin.
QOTD- My dad has always called me by my middle name "Jean . . he called me Jeannie". When my little sister came along she couldn't say Jeannie so she called me "Deannie" so that is what my dad has always called me.  . . on the other hand I am the second child so my mom calls me #2 . . .   yeah because I'm a little  S . . . .

I am finishing my Carnation Instant Breakfast (sugar free), then on to a cup of tea.  It's supposed to be almost 40 today and sunny.  Hooray!

QOTD:  My Dad always called me Junebug because I was born in June.  I call my husband Handsome as a nickname - nice ego boost for my man!

Sitting at work drinking my regular coffee with SF Hazelnut creamer and splenda.  It is month end for me so I've worked until 10pm the last two nights!  Those are long days coming in at 7 am.

QOTD:  My youngest son has red hair and one of his coaches in LIttle League, who gave nicknames to all his players, started calling him "Redbird".  That name has stuck with him ever since.   My younger brother Terry, we always called Bearz growing up.  Don't even know how he got the name.  We still call him that.

Good Morning all!
Drinking my power smoothie and getting ready to go back to work after a few days off.  My incision got infected and man, I feel like crap today!  The antibiotics are kicking in, so I should be back to my normal sparkling personality soon.  LOL

QOTD-  DUB!!!  He's the only person I know that has had a nickname since before he was born, and it has stuck!

Hope you all have a good day.  We're going to see if it's possible to take Vicodin and function as a Controller.  Wish me luck!

Good Morning!  Just a 4 hour workday today and another 4 hour workday tomorrow and on to the warmer weather for me ! ! ! !   Can't wait.

QOTD:  My daughter was always called Pumpkin by her dad she loved it, then when she had her first son, he called him Peanut.  I called him Babycakes, then he kinda grew out of that so I called his younger brother that, now he has grown out of that and I have a 1 year old grandson that is now Babycakes.  My oldest grandson still likes it when I call him Babycakes, but I make sure to do it when no other kids are around or just whisper it in his ear when I hug him, it is not what a 9 year old wants to have his friends here him called but he does still like it.
