Where are all the thread starters these days?  Here it is after 8 am and I'm the one starting this again?  What's with that?
Nice relaxing weekend here.  Went to a euchre party Saturday night, didn't win any money, but had lots of fun.  Was bad and had a couple of bites of stuff that I knew I shouldn't have, but ...the carrot cake is my fave, and it was wonderful...all two bites of it.  The one bite of the chocolate stuff was enough to satisfy me.  I mostly ate veggies and a couple of deviled eggs that I made.
QOTD:  What exciting plans do you have for this week?
I'm going to be walking the dogs 2 miles at least every day.  I have to get ready for the 5K in May.  I don't think I'll have any problem walking the 3.1 miles, but I've never done it at one time, so I need to build up.  Then Friday I'm going downstate for the Detroit Kennel Club dog show at Cobo Hall.  This time I won't be in the show ring because I have nothing to show.  I'll just be down there as unpaid kennel help with my girlfriend.  It will be a great time as always.
Blessings, hugs and safety to all.

Hello !  Sorry, I am running slow today.  I didn't even show up on the boards yesterday at all, we were busy getting house cleaned up before vacation !  DH even took down the Christmas tree, finally.  So I had to vacuum, get the livingroom back into order (DH had to move the furniture, I still ave weight restrictions).  Met the nice Lady that is going to stay with the dogs while we are gone, her name is also Sally !  Her husband came with her, he meets all the people that she dogsits for her, I think that is a good thing, great for safety.  They were very nice and they have 3 large dogs of their own and she works at our Vets office so we are sure she must love animals.  Tried to fill her in on all the specifics for the dogs, especially since Pokey is diabetic and has insulin 2x a day.  I think I will print her a picture of all the dogs and put each name by them, Pokey and Tinker are the two Fawn colored Pugs and even tho they are slightly different in size at first glance it is sometimes hard to tell them apart.   (Don't want Tinker to be the one to get the insulin).  She came at feeding time, there are nuances to feeding 5 dogs at the same time, we can't leave food down for them because of Pokey's diet restrictions so they all have to do it the same way.

Love seeing it light out so early in the morning!   Happy March 1st, it is coming in like a lamb so I am expecting a lion for the end

QOTD: The plans for this week are, M & T pack for Florida ! ! ! Wednesday go see PS, most of my infection is finally cleared up, little bit more to go but much better, this has been slow clearing up.  I feel better each day, move better, not as tired but sometimes I can tell when I overdue and have to just veg out and catch up on my sitting time.  Thursday we leave for Florida !  Can't wait, I won't be able to golf this year but it is only one year.  Motorcycles are ready to go, no, I won't be driving mine but will definetly be on the back of DH's !  We have to come back one day early this year, DH has to fly out on the following Sunday for Phoenix for a book company training.  He has taken on being and Advocate for the companies software that they use at his school and 800 other schools.  He will work with other schools that are having issues with it and he will help them through their problems.  If he keeps taking on all these jobs, maybe I can retire...LOL.

Well, I better get off of here and finish up the other sites and then get back to work.

Have a safe day everyone !

Is anyone else having issues with OH this morning? This page has been open for about 5 minutes and I've still got "20 items remaining" trying to load - which seems to include all the graphics on the page. Ugh!

I opened my front door to head to work this morning to be greeted with sunshine and birds singing! What a wonderful way to start the morning, huh? My weekend, unfortunately, was spent in front of the computer almost the entire time. Didn't cook lunches for the week, didn't vacuum the living room or fix the treadmill... but I got most of my school work done and even redesigned my blog (check it out, link in siggy).

QOTD - Another typical week. Work all week and school on Mon, Tue, Wed nights and getting home around 11pm. Thursday is therapy and Friday is my niece's birthday party. So.... nothing too exciting here.

I noticed a lot of the pictures weren't out there, even when I refreshed.  Other than that I didn't have any problems.

Happy Monday!!!,
Not much to do today other than to take a run down to Monroe and hit Craft 200.  My daughter is doing a craft show this Saturday for her senior project.  She will be selling homemade candy and beaded braclets.  The money she makes she will be donating to a cancer center for research.  I will be so glad when this is over.  She will also be handing out 8 different colored ribbons for different cancers.  Tomorrow I have a band booster meeting and I think the rest of the week is free.  I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday.

Hi everyone,

Late start signing on this morning because I had to go to Hurley this morning before work for my one year check up.  I can not believe it has been one year!!  What an experience this has been.  My lab reports all came back good and I have lost 91% of my excess weight.  I don't have to go back now for another year.

While I was there I turned in all of my daughter's paperwork for her approval process to begin!  The insurance girl won't be in until tomorrow but keep your fingers crossed for her to get a quick approal.

QOTD:  My plans for the week are to be here at work a lot because it is month end close.  That means I'll be working late a few nights this week.  Oh, and Thursay is my birthday so a friend of mine is taking me out to lunch that day :-)

Have a good day everyone!

I WISH I was sleeping in....  Weather is SO nice for a change - a little cool, but that's ok.  I like sun and dry roads...

No exciting plans for the week.  Just working, and the usual laundry, stuff like that.  Probably should get the vacuum out and run it over the carpet just because...

Lets meet for lunch again - I'd love to see the new you!
