It's Sunday, everyone sleeping in?

Up at 5 am with the dogs, then back to bed until 8.  Nice.  Protein coffee has been consumed and I'm thinking what to pull out for dinner.  Maybe I'll make chicken marsala.  yum.
Today the dogs are definitely getting a walk in.  They're going stir crazy since we don't have a big area fenced in for them, they don't get much exercise.
Went to a Euchre party last night and had a great time.  Far too many great appetizers.  I had a couple of bites of stuff I shouldn't have, but only 1-2 bites.  I mostly stayed with the protein things and veggies.
I told a couple of the girls there that I had had WLS and they wanted to know all about it.  One of the girls is currently on ww and is doing well.  I encouraged her to stick with it.  It can really work.
Hope everyone has a great, happy safe day today.

Just for you
It kind of sounded like you said you took all your vitamins together

you should never take calcium and  Iron with in two hours of each other one will cancel out the absorbtion of the other and it is always better to take iron on an empty stomach for better absorbtion. You can take vitamin C with your Iron to help with the absorbtion.

Good luck.

Good Morning Jan and all to follow!

I worked midnights last night so my eating schedule is all messed up. I am getting ready to head to bed for a small nap.  I am off until Tuesday night so I don't want to sleep to long so I can sleep tonight,  We are having a birthday party for Hanna she turned 5 yesterday.  Good thing we planned it for 530, hope to see the US win gold in hockey by then.

My sisters are doing some kind of eating plan like Over Eaters and I can't believe how good they are doing.  My mom says it is because of me,  one has lost 52 lbs and the other 49 since November they look great.

We had our annual dinner last night, all the women in my family meet once a year in February for dinner, aunts, sisters, nieces, mom, cousins . . but only the women it is great.

Well am off to bed enjoy your Sunday.

Hello all!

Got up and enjoyed an hour of quiet time with my new edition of WLS Lifestyles Magazine - always good stuff in there.  Just finished my oatmeal and will do a protein coffee later.

Still have some school work to deal with today (big surprise, huh?).  Also need to figure out what I'm cooking for this week's lunches.  I'm thinking about chili, but that would mean a trip to the store.  So we'll see what I can rustle up.

Have a good day all
Pam

I looked on your web for the low carb protein pancakes and alas, couldn't find them.  They sounded good, were they banana nut protein pancakes?  Just plain ones sound good too.

Here you go ma'am.  They aren't "protein" pancakes... but they do have 15g protein (and 12g fiber!) in the entire batch and I can eat about half a batch.  (made the other half into banana nut muffins)  It's made with Carbquik baking mix.

And you get the Carbquik baking mix where?  And please don't tell me Kroger.  We don't have one up here!
Thanks for the link.  It's printing out now as I reply!

I haven't found it anywhere locally.  You can get it on Netrition.com or Amazon.  I buy everything on Amazon... so that's where I get it.   Here's the link.

Thanks, I finally clicked it on your original post.  $18.00 is sort of pricy, but I spose it's worth it.
