WLS and Crohn's Disease

I was wondering if there is anyone out there with Crohn's Disease and has had weight loss surgery? Do you know of a Dr. in Michigan that will do the surgery on a patient with Crohn's?  I have had weight problems since I was 10 years old and Crohns since I was 16. Now at 33 I am at my highest weight ever. I need some help!!
