After the past 4 weeks of issues with Anthem .. they kept tellingme they were missing this peice and that piece but yet they were sent 75 pages of medical records with everything it was a disaster! But I called this morning to see if they needed everything else and they said nope just my surgery date because i'm approved should hear back tomorrow about a date WOOOO HOOO!
