Anyone have surgery by Dr Gluck in Muskegon

My surg date is 3/23  and I was hopping there was some people here that could tell me what to expect from Dr Gluck and Mercy hosp.. Im having a sleeve

Dr. Gluck is my surgeon.  I had surgery almost 15 months ago.  The hospital staff was splendid.  A few of the nurses on the unit are also patients of Dr. Gluck.  He is adamant about follow up with labs and routine office visits.  He tells you like it is.  I was having a hard time exercising after surgery he told me one visit.  You only have one year to 18 months to get this weight off and exercise is the key.  I am glad he told me those words because I did exercise and lost 200 pounds.  You will be able to get labs done near you home and have them faxed to him.  Get ready for 5 weeks of a fluid diet it is hard at first but so worth it.  Have you attended the seminar yet?  Good luck.  There are more of us out here who see him so I am sure you will get more responses.
