Good Sunday Morning,

What's in your cup this morning?  Protein hot tea for me I kicked it up a notch and added 1 tablespoon of apple pie spice to it . . love the taste of the nutmeg.

Can you believe that a week from tomorrow it will be March . . after this next week with all the snow in the forecast we will really be ready for Spring.

With Spring approaching soon and the thought of being in a pair of shorts . . I plan on pushing my workout up an extra 30 minutes so . . .

QOTD - Do you or have you done anything different with your exercise routine to get ready for the upcoming warm weather?

Enjoy your day!

Hey Kristy, how are you feeling these days?  Fully recovered?  Hot protein chai tea for me too.  This winter really hasn't been too bad.  I wokeup on the couch this morning at 3am.  Put the dogs out and went to bed.  It was snowing when I let them out, but this morning there isn't much accumulated on the ground.  I'm ready for spring tho.  I want to get out and walk and not be frozen stiff when I get home.
I think I'll be wearing capri's this summer.  Saggy thighs just aren't attractive.
QOTD:  I haven't done anything differently yet.  When the warmer weather comes I'll probably get out and walk more but I'm just not the 'exercise' type person.  Walking is great for me and I enjoy it.  I hate the exercise bike, but do like machines, so maybe I'll join a gym or something.

Hope the sun comes out today.

Good morning!

My protein coffee - time for another cup!

I have let my exercise slack off this winter, then the TT.  Now I feel I can start easing into it again.  I have an elliptical machine sitting in my living room - not like I have any excuses!

I really don't think its going to make any difference whether I exercise or not, as to how I'll look in shorts - saggy skin is saggy skin...

 Good morning Kristy -

I'm going to make banana pancakes again this morning.  I promise to take pictures for you before I devour them.  Had a protein coffee a bit ago, so will do the pancakes in half an hour or so.

I took yesterday OFF as a mental health day.  No homework. No housework. Nothing that felt like an obligation.  I took a nap mid-day, went shopping and then hit Barnes & Noble for about 3 hours drinking a latte and browsing fun books and magazines.  Today it's down to business with several hours of school work though.

QOTD -- Well... since the Bay City Support Group is doing about ten 5k races together this year, I need to get my butt back on the road for some training.  After my knee injury in the fall I stopped training and then school hit me square in the face with an overly ambitious schedule (bad idea) so I haven't had time to anything but survive lately.  I was at my mom's last night and used her new hoola-hoop (custom made by my brother - it's large and has weights) and after 10 minutes I was feeling the workout.  I want one now!

Good morning!

So far I have had half a cup of decaf coffee and some Carbmaster Yogert.  I'm bracing myself for this  big storm coming our way. Last night I  went to the Salvation Army store in Utica on Hall Rd, and found 8 sets of scrubs! My size 3XL pants were literally falling off me.  That store is HUGE and really nice!  Today is pajama day so I will be staying inside doing laundry and watching Lifetime movies.

QOTD All I do is walk I have finally gotten myself up to a mile (I was doing two miles before surgery).
