Sunday Valentines Day

Hello, All, Happy Valentines day.

I am sitting here just enjoying my second cup of coffe.  DH just got back from drugstore with some Benedryl for me, I ITCH....one bad side affect of so many stitches, I thought I was going crazy this morning.  I took a shower and that helped a lot.  We had some benedrly cold medicine in the house but it was capsules so we were breaking them in half before I took them hoping it would work.  I think it helped some but not enough.

I did, I have a very nice card and my DH sitting here with me taking care of me, I can't ask for anymore !

QOTD: I didn't really have anything I wished for/wanted for Valentine's Day. I did get a text message from a guy wishing me a Happy Valentine's Day. I'm supposed to be going out on a Valentine's dinner date tonight - so we'll see!

Sally your stitches are not red and irritated I hope be careful of cellulitis........Warmth redness swelling itching are the symptoms


I didnt get anything for the big day as we are short on cash because my hunny was ill and we had to buy medication but at least he is better now...Have a great day everyone.......

Most of my miles of stitches are looking good and dried, I have a couple spots that aren't looking as nice as the rest.  The dry ones are the ones that are itching like crazy, I know this is a good sign but to many miles of a good thing is more than a body can handle sometimes..

Well, Happy Valentines Day all.  Hubby made me a card.  Loved it!  Loving having the kids and Josh up here for the weekend.  Today my son and DIL have been together for 10 years, married for 2.5.  Son and I are making Runza's.  He found a recipe on line that sounded good, so we're trying it.  The dough is rising now and has to be punched down and rise a second time.  Then we have to roll it out, cut it and fill it with a meat/cabbage mixture.  Should be interesting.  Son and DIL are going to Outback for lunch today with gift cards they got for Christmas.
I don't ever want anything for valentines day, so yes I did get what I wanted, nothing. :)
I had a small piece of pie yesterday (4 berry)  It tasted really good.  But a bit later I knew I shouldn't have tried it.
I hope that Jody has a fun date tonight.

Happy Valentines Day everyone!

Today will be filled with  laundry and getting things put together for this comming work week. My Mother is having surgery on the 18th so I  will be at the hospital also.

QOTD- No mention os  Valentines day here in my house, so it will just be another day.

Hello Everyone!  Happy V-day!

Since I am pre-op, my daughter and hubby bought me candy this year.  The last year for that. . .by this time next year, I will be post-op!  And they can get me some new, smaller clothes!!! 

They also got me a big vase overflowing with beautiful flowers.  The flowers are artificial as I have a "black" thumb.  Seriously, I have killed every plant and flower that I've tried to grow. . .oh well.

Good Afternoon everyone!

Happy Valentine's Day!  I just finished a bowl of chili and will be going to work out in about a half hour.  Going to do a double class tonight of kickboxing and body sculpt. 

QOTD:  Steve and I usually don't get each other gifts for Valentine's Day.  BUT, on Friday, I got a call from the lobby at work and I had a flower delivery!  Two dozen red roses!!!!  Absolutely beautiful.  I got him a card and gave it to him today.

HAPPY VALENTINES DAY

We had a great dat together.  After we went to church we went to a Sweetheart luncheon that our little town puts together for a local relief fund.  It was nice.

For Valentines Day, my hubby bought me the WII Fit Plus!!  I'm so excited.  He knows I have been wanting it and with my upcomming surgery, he knows I will be wanting to get moving!!  He also made me a card!!  I like getting homemade cards better than the store bought ones because he puts his whole heart into it!!  I love him.
