Hi Deb,  How sweet of you to send stuff to your son.  I remember when I lived in Germany and getting packages from home was the best!

We must have posted simultaneously!  That's my big word for the day.

I am sitting here eating my Kashi and gearing up for work.
So glad it's almost the weekend.  I have to go pick up my new glasses and then I'm hanging out with my sister and a few of her friends from Battle Creek at Ikea.  Sunday I will probably have to walk for 50 miles because DH will bring me treats for Valentine's Day.

Hope you all have a great one!

Good morning.  Having my coffee, black, right now.  Dub and I are getting ready to head out to my old school/work to see my friends and return some books.

QOTD: No plans.  My overly romantic hubby is working all weekend.  He can't seem to find a happy medium.  He either works no OT or he works all of it!  Makes a great paycheck, but he's worked every weekend for a month or so.  It wears on him, even though he doesn't have a physical job.  I think he forgets that he is still recovering from a stroke!   My sister is watching my three nephews this weekend and we may hit a Java Jungle tomorrow, but other than that, groceries, laundry, the usual....fun.

Hello All !

Black and strong as usual for me.  Protein coffee to follow.

QOTD - Tomorrow we are going up to Bay City to celebrate my youngest grandson's 1st Birthday, it isn't until the 20th but the kids were great enough to schedule it early after we found out that DH has a conference in Orlando the weekend they would have planned it.  The other GP's will fly up from Florida for it so it will be a good time.  I won't be able to hold him or play with him, but I can kiss his chubby cheeck and sit back and watch him.  I don't get to see him enough.  My other Grandboys will be there also, I always love it when they can all get together for short times.  My DH and I are going to record the book from Hallmark for him for his Valentine gift, we will do that probably tonight, I can't wait !  On Sunday we will be home and are having some friends over, no, I'm not doing much entertaining, it will just be a visit and watching DAYTONA 500, a sure sign that spring is around the corner....woo hoo !

Hello all!

Had my usual protein chai tea on the drive in this morning, followed by a fake latte when I got to work.  Breakfast of yogurt and fiber one twigs is right around the corner.  SOOO glad it's Friday!  This has been the longest week for some reason.

QOTD -- I'm behind in school work and know I'm facing a lot of time in front of the computer and in the textbooks this weekend.  My birthday is Sunday so I'm hoping to tackle school work tonight and all day tomorrow so I can lounge in my PJ's all day Sunday.  Also have Monday off for the holiday and have another massage scheduled at the massage school (it might become an addiction).

Happy early Birthday, Pam.
I'm not sure when I'll be on over the weekend so I wanted to wish you a happy day.

I just realized that I have Monday off as well, but it's because the kids don't have school.  Woohoo!  Hope you have a relaxing one!
