Well, it's no longer morning but I made it here.  It's tough not having my laptop in the house to use.  It's being fixed (hopefully).  I got a virus and was scared to try to fix it myself so I sent it to my son's computer geek friend.  I really miss it, cuz now I have to come out to the garage to use my husband's computer.

QOTD:  I miss my fried foods.  Today I ordered a children's portion of chicken strips and ate two of them.  I felt like I was in heaven, but I feel like I limited myself (thanks to RNY) to only two strips.  I probably make popcorn 2-3 times a week, but I work it into my food plan.  If I know I'm going to make popcorn at night I usually have two protein drinks during the day.  Before RNY I too liked to use bacon grease to pop the corn in, but now I use canola oil.  Right now I'm eating 1/2 cup of pistachios.  I will also on occasion have 17 Wheatable crackers.  This seems to satisfy my salt craving.
Cheryl, I have found that I can eat anything without a problem, so to be safe, don't try the stuff you don't want to be able to eat, like candy, chips and chocolate.
