Body Fortress Protein

I currently use protein from GNC.  I like it very much but it puts a crunch on the budget.  I have been looking at Body Fortress protein at Walmart.  It is cheaper but I have a question.  It says it is a protein blend.  A blend of whey concentrate and why isolate, in that order.  Is this OK, or should I keep looking??

 Yes, it's OK.  Isolate and Concentrate are the two highest quality forms of protein supplements.  You have to be careful with some brands that are concentrate only because you're going to be stuck with too much fat and lactose left in the mix... but a blend is generally much better.  You just have to read the label to see what you're getting with carbs and fat and how it relates to the protein count.  

I personally use Body Fortress almost exclusively and have for the past 2 years. 

Thanks, I think I'll give it a try.  My oldest son now likes my protein shakes so now I can let him drink them more often.
