You are cracking me up!  I agree with birth control, and if you go to New York for a day, I'm there with ya! (yes Tina you can come too.....I just know she's going to ask :) )

Of course...I wouldn't have to ask.  Brenda would just take me, as long as I brought Dub.  LOL!

Good morning all!

If anyone is in the Bay City area --- I highly recommend the massage school at Bayshire.  For $20 I got the best 1 hour massage I've ever had in my life.... and I'm accustom to paying $70/hour at a spa.  I'm going back soon - maybe next weekend for my birthday. 

Had a protein chai tea on the drive into work this morning and coffee when I got to the office.  Will do grapes and cheese for breakfast in a bit. 

FFF:

1. -- yes sometimes.  Normally when I have the radio on, it's just for background noise.  But if something comes on I like and I'm paying attention I'll sing along.  Like Daughtry's new song "No Surprise" - love that one.

2. -- common sense

3. -- rarely.  Now that I have DVR I rarely watch commercials.  And now that my school and work schedule keeps be away from home most of the time... I rarely even watch my DVR'd shows.  TV is rarely on.

4. -- book a trip to Italy.

5. -- Carmen.  Cuz she was mean to me yesterday.

QOTD -- my GoWearFit.  I love the science of it and knowing the data helps give me peace of mind about what I'm eating and how much I'm moving. 

I called the Blue Heron school, they have schools in different cities in MI.  Got a recorder so I asked if they schedule massages.  There is a school in Traverse City.  I haven't heard back from them, so maybe tomorrow.  I used to always go to the beauty school for manicures too to save a couple bucks!

3. How many times per week do you get  influenced by a TV commercial?  I'd like to say never, but subconciously, who knows?

4. If you won a million dollars what is the first thing you would do with the winnings?  By myself a house, pay off my parents' and my sisters... bank the rest

5. If you could stick your tongue out at someone who would it be and why?  Not really sure on this one....

1. Do you sing to the radio when you drive?  All the time, absolutely.

2. If you had the ability, what is the one thing you would give to the world?  Peace and faith.

3. How many times per week do you get  influenced by a TV commercial?  Maybe one

4. If you won a million dollars what is the first thing you would do with the winnings?  Set up trust funds for my children and pay off their homes.

5. If you could stick your tongue out at someone who would it be and why?  All the naysayers that said I couldn't lose weight.  I did it and am wonderful for it!


QOTD: What is the one tool (besides your pouch) you feel is the best purchase you ever made?  Boy, this is a hard one.  Since I didn't read any replies to this thread I didn't get any ideas from anyone else.  Hmmmmmm.  Lately it would be my sleep number bed.  I mostly sleep like a baby and get up with absolutely no aches or pains.  Love, love, love it.  Would highly recommend it.

We've had our sleep number bed for about 7 years now.....love, love, love it!

1. Do you sing to the radio when you drive? All the time.. I sing really loudly too :)

2. If you had the ability, what is the one thing you would give to the world? I would give happiness it seems most people today in the world just arn't happy

3. How many times per week do you get  influenced by a TV commercial? Sometimes I'll see something and be like oooo I want that.. don't know that it's on a weekly basis but sometimes it does happen

4. If you won a million dollars what is the first thing you would do with the winnings? pay off our morgage and buy my dream house pay off our debt and put the rest in savings if there was any left lol

5. If you could stick your tongue out at someone who would it be and why?   Not really anyone off the top of my head.
