Dr. DiNick patients
Well I finally got my BCBS of MI insurance back and am quickly pursuing getting my tummy tuck done. I am looking for any feedback on Dr. DiNick. He has always been my first choice, but now that it is getting "real" I am second guessing myself. Is there anybody that has had him do their plastics? Or anybody else that comes highly recommended? Thanks for your input.
I had dinick to my tummy tuck, including the vertical in 2008. I couldnt be happier with the results. Sometimes I think he tends to leave the drains in a bit longer than other surgeons, but he doesnt want the fluid to make a pocket and look like a pooch/pouch or whatever. He is really good and has a great bedside manner. you can PM me if you need more info.

I had a Tummy Tuck with Dr DiNick on January 19th. He is very meticulous with his work. I had 3 drains - he took 2 out the first week, and I took the 2nd one out after 10 days (with his permission of course). I had the vertical TT with a hip to hip incision.
I highly recommend him for his work. He is a highly skilled surgeon and I don't think you'll find anyone better qualified. My scars are healing up nicely and he is very responsive (as well as his staff) if you have any questions post-op. He'll give you his cell phone number to call if you have ANY questions - I called him on a Sunday and he answered immediately.

Do a search for my posts from about a year ago. DiNick did my TT and I'm very happy and pleased with the results. My drains were in for a long time (roughly 6-8 weeks) but I had my share of complications. I'm sure a lot of other surgeons would have been just as active and hands on, but DiNick was always there for all of the problems I had
