So as I'm sitting here lurking on the forums, it downs on me that TODAY is my 3 MONTH SURGIVERSARY!!!!  Wow!!! I can't believe its already been 3 months. I've lost a total of 45 pounds as of this morning. I feel great. I'm sleeping great. I actually think my sleep apnea may be gone. I'm completely off my blood pressure medication. I have tons more energy than I have in YEARS! I can ALMOST get into my size 14 jeans again!! wooo hooo!!! I don't regret one minute of it.

And I'm pretty sure you will never regret one minute of your decision.  I'm off all diabetes meds and I was on 4 insulin shots per day.  My bp and cholesterol dosage has been decreased too.  Waiting for another 6 months and will maybe be off those, although they say everyone should take the Simvistatin.  I may stay on that.
Congratulations on your loss.

Congrats on feeling so good, it's great isn't it!  The only medication I take is Previcid.  That's all!  Prior to surgery I was on 2 drugs for diabetes, 1 for hbp and 1 for gerd, prior to surgery we were about to add another drug for both my diabetes and hbp.....now down to 1....and it's a preventative!

Enjoy the ride,

Edie
