Blustery Thursday Coffee

I know Blustery and Thursday don't seem the norm for a title, but it is true today ! !  Wow !

I had to go out of the house already this morning, took vehicle in to get fixed.  I know many of you do this every day but I am spoiled.  I have worked from home for the last year and don't go out in the morning anymore, I just walk into my office and sit down and work.  No snow, no wind, just a bit of a chill in there.  

So today's coffee is extra special, it is warming my poor old bones !


QOTD - What winter sport do you REALLY enjoy (if any)  

Me - Skiing !  I didn't start skiing until 5 years ago when I met my husband (when I was younger I was to heavy to ski)  I love it, we were married up at a ski resort.  We have gone back the past two years on our anniversary to ski but sadly we can't this year, but happily it is because I am getting my reconstructive surgery done !

Stay warm and keep out of the wind !

QOTD-None. Zip. Zilch. Nada.  I don't enjoy ANY sports (except to watch baseball).  But I REALLY don't enjoy doing anything outside in the winter.  It's too cold!!

It is driving me crazy because it's pulling the hair on my arm all the time.  I do keep it on 24/7.
No new charms yet, but I'm going to have to get some because it looks weird with just the 2.

It's funny because since I got mine, now I see people with them everywhere I go!

Just finishing up my warm protein coffee and sitting at my desk with my space heater going full blast.  Brrrrr...it's cold today!

QOTD:  Have to agree with Brenda!!  There are no sports I enjoy doing outside in the winter.  Too dang cold.  I am NOT a winter person at all.  I hate the cold and the snow.  I should be living somewhere other than MI because I can't stand winters.

Having my coffee.  Trying to talk myself into going to my inlaws house today.  Don't HAVE to go so it's very tempting to just stay home.  It's too cold outside. 

QOTD:  I'm with Brenda.  It's too cold outside.  I don't like the cold.  I have a feeling that in a few years, I'll have to be going outside to take Dub sledding, but that's about it.  Maybe we should move before he gets that old!

Well, I don't have to go anywhere today.  My MIL called and said it's too cold to take Dub out (and I didn't argue!).  They are self-employed and I work a few hours a day, a few days a week and do some work at home for them, so the boss says stay home!  LOL!  Gladly!

Good morning all

In case anyone was wondering.... Protein Chai Tea and Suede Coats do not mix well.  I need to find a dry cleaners who can do speedy cleaning because I don't have another winter coat to wear while it spends a week taking a bath.  Or I could just walk around looking like the slob that I am with chai tea stains all down the side of my coat.  UGH! 

QOTD -- Winter and Enjoy do not belong in the same sentence.  Sorry, I hate winter and avoid it at all costs.  Is couch surfing a sport?  I stay inside in the winter as much as possible.

Just had lunch...getting ready to leave for my appt. with the plastic surgeon so that we can get the cancer surgery on the road. Will be glaad when all of this is behind me.

QOTD: Winter sports... Uh NO! I'll take my sports in the warm sun with a Captain Morgan and my butt in the sand or just cruising down the highway with the sun on my face and wind in my hair...

I had my protein tea early this morning  . .and just finished my favorite meal . .chicken, eggs, cheese and veggies . .my kids think it looks like a mess but it is so good.
