What is PB2 I see people post about it here and there and was just wondering what it is?

It's a powdered form of peanut butter from Bell Plantation.  It's lower in fat than regular peanut butter.  You can add the powder to stuff or you can reconstitute it by adding a bit of cold water.  I first heard about it from Weigh****chers and bought some then, but I really haven't been using it.   I am seeing recipes that call for the PB2, so I'm looking forward to using my jar!

It's a powdered peanut butter.  And it's delicious.  You can get it directly from Bell Plantation here:
http://www.bellplantation.com/  or from Netrition (cheaper shipping) here: http://www6.netrition.com/bell_plantation_pb2.html

My favorite concoction is PB2 Yogurt Dip that I use as a dip for apple slices:

1 container vanilla Carbmaster Yogurt
1 T. Splenda
2 T. PB2

Mix and enjoy.  It'll give you about 17g protein.

My Recipe Index is packed full of yumminess!
