Getting to know you FIVE FOR FRIDAY

Here is a “Special" Five for Friday. It seems that we are seeing a influx of new folks, so I thought I would make a Five for Friday for them to get to know some of us and have a chance to introduce themselves.

1.What is your favorite Movie of all time? Diner
Can you quote some of your favorite lines from it? I do know a ton of quotes from that movie, but I would have to say my favorite is “It's a Smile and “You know what your problem is, you got roast beef, sitting right here"

2. What song do you have on your ipod that always get you in a good Mood? Hey Hey, what can I do, by Led Zeppelin
Emotional? Cats in the Cradle by Harry Chapin

3. What was your favorite toy as a child  . . .and now? As a child I LOVED my Evel Knievel Super Stunt Cycle. Now, without question, I would have to say my motorcycle.

4.What did you want to be when you grew up? I wanted to be a TV producer and writer. I went to school for it, but my life took me down a different road.

5. What is the next planned event you're looking to in your life? (Non WLS related) I have nothing on the immediate horizon, but we are planning something big for my Daughters 10^th birthday next year.

Morning all!!! I guess I'll start this on this Fabulous Friday!! I'm actually TAKING THE DAY OFF WORK!!! I can't believe I just said it out loud too!! I'm exhausted. We're short handed, and its been busy!

1.  Favorite Movie:  Gee, I have so many and yes I can quote all of them! lol  Here's a top few: Dumb and Dumber; Sweet Home Alabama; Pretty Woman; many others...

2.  Anything Lady Gaga puts me in a good mood! I love her!

3.  Growing up I loved my My Little Ponies and Strawberry Shortcake. 
     Oh and Hello Kitty! Still love all of them!

4.  I wanted to be a Dentist. Then in High School I changed it to a         Dental Hygienist.  Now I'm a Dental Office Manager. (At least I made it to the right field!!)

5.  My next planned event is my 15 year wedding Anniversary in March. 15 years married, 20 years together! So not sure what we're doing yet to celebrate, We're throwing around the idea of a cruise!

1.What is your favorite Movie of all time? Can you quote some of your favorite lines from it?  Forrest Gump.  "Stupid is as stupid does".

 

2. What song do you have on your ipod that always get you in a good Mood? 'Joy and Pain' by Rob Base

3. What was your favorite toy as a child  . . .and now? Kid-my Atari Asteroids video game.  Now-my Super Mario for the Wii game.

4. What did you want to be when you grew up? I was such a dork.  Whenever anyone asked me what I wanted to be, I would act so proud of myself and say "I want to sell shoes at Hudsons".   

5. What is the next planned event you're looking to in your life? (Non WLS related) I don't have any "events" planned.  Does that make me boring?

3. What was your favorite toy as a child  . . .and now? My Chatty Cathy. I now have a Raggedy Ann and Andy

4. What did you want to be when you grew up? A journalist because I loved to write.. Nursing became my career, however and I love it

5. What is the next planned event you're looking to in your life? (Non WLS related) Jamaica in October. This time of the year just dreaming about palm trees and beaches puts me in a vacation frame of mind.....

I've been on The Sound of Music tour in Austria!!!  :)  Its one of my lifetime favorites as well!

VERY....   now Im trying to get to Denmark in the fall.

2. What song do you have on your ipod that always get you in a good Mood?  Don't own an IPOD, but my current favorite is "Toes"

3. What was your favorite toy as a child  . . .and now?   My Barbie.   Now - My motorcycle.

4. What did you want to be when you grew up? A teacher, didn't get their got married, had kids, became a programmer.  Now I enjoy teaching other programmers when I get the chance.

5. What is the next planned event you're looking to in your life? (Non WLS related)  I have many, Florida for spring break, Mexico in May, My DD's wedding, and Golfing in NC in July.
