Winter Walk Group in Mason, MI
I am wanting to start a winter walk group at the Mason Middle School on Temple St. On Thursday's. The Walk time is from 4 pm to 7 pm Mon-Fri when ever the school is open.
I was thinking if a group of us wanted to get together we could all meet there at the school by the front doors around 4:30 pm It is FREE and it would help us to get Healthy, So please contact me if you would like to be part of the group. I will be starting the group on Feb 4th.
So PLEASE let me know if you want to be in on the walking fun.
12 times around the halls of the school is 2 miles but come and do as many as you can or as little as you can it would be great to meet new friends and get fit at the same time.
I had Gastric Bypass Surgery January 22, 2009, I have lost 186 lbs so far and I want to get fit. I want to help others get fit too, we could help each other by having a group of people to walk with to get us motivated.
