Good Morning Michiganders.

Looks like were in for some fog today. Just work early the kids are going to their annual hommage to the Detroit North American Auto show. They get about 10 of there friends together and they spend the whole day down town and at the show. They been doing this for years. Hope they have a good time.

I reached a goal yesterday. to take my dogs for long walks. I took Maggie for a 1 hour 1.77 mile walk last night. May son gave me his safety vest from work, the kind that is reflective. Maggie got nervous about 1/2 way out. She has never been this far from home before. We made it with out too much trouble.

Received my first copy of OH yesterday.  It was a Christmas gift from my mil.  I have been experimenting with my protein shakes, I'm trying to liven it up a bit.  I liked yesterdays creations.  I have to work tonight so the only thing on my to do list is read my OH book and walk on the treadmill.

Got up this morning and made a huge protein strawberry smoothie. Couldn't fini**** it was so big.  Also finished off the latest JD Robb book but now I'm facing more school work this morning.  Gotta get this school work done because I've got Goodwill and Best Buy plans for later.  :-)
