So it is day 11 for me and holding steady at the exact same weight!!! I only need to lose 2.7 pounds to be back in Onederland!!!! I'm getting really frustrated with it! I went to LifeTime to work out and swim 4 times this week, been getting in all my protein. I could up the water a bit. If thats the problem, I'm going to scream!! I'm hoping the scale will just all of a sudden be down 5 pounds!! lol  Just had to vent...

Welcome to the Onderland Frustration Stage.  It's very common to have a stall just a few pounds away from that big 100lbs mark.  I'm sure it's just coincidence.... or our impatience with wanting to get there immediately.

Have patience and enjoy the ride.  This is suppose to be fun, remember.  :-)

Fun?  this is suposed to be Fun?  Why didn't someone tell me that?  It has certainly been a great ride, and yes, I have to admit, it is fun, watching my self shrink!  I wonder how long it'll take me to lose the last 29 pounds.  I'm eating pretty regular food now, just not as much as I did before WLS.  The weight loss has slowed down a lot lately, but I figure it's because I'm eating almost everything.  Still staying away from most sugar stuff and trying to limit my white carbs, but everything else is pretty normal except volume.

I know how it is, been 20 pounds overweight for 6 years and can't lose the last of it!  I have tried everything.  So now, I do what I can do and have stopped worrying about it.

Best of luck,

It wouldn't be worth the effort if you didn't need to struggle a little.

Just think how good success will feel and ONEDERLAND too.
