Getting Back on Track

I decided enough was enough and this was the year I want to make my goal and keep it within five pounds so I can eventually have the tummy tuck and boob lift I so desparately want!

On January 4th I started on the 5DPT and the first week lost 6 lbs!  However, I never felt the tightness I felt when I first had the surgery.

On January 11th I started it again.  So far I have lost 3.5 lbs!!

It is my desire to get down to at least 130 lbs then take it from there.

I know that some people used to walk at Lakeside Mall on Saturday mornings.  I would be interested in knowing if they still do it.

I need, want and crave motivation!

That will be iffy at best.  The Jones Family Reunion is the first Sunday in May in TN and I may need to go down just to assist with the driving (it's about an 11 hour trip, one way with very few stops and they are short ones at that).

It does sound interesting!

It is OK if you can't make Holland. We will have other.
We went to the Cider mill last October. It was fun and we had a good time.
