Just got paperwork...Medicaid in Michigan? No Provider? Confused.
Hey everyone.
So I was expecting to have to choose a provider for my Medicaid (Health Plan, McLaren, Molina, etc), but i just got my paperwork, and it says nothing about a plan, or me choosing a plan.
Here is what the paperwork says...
Benefit Summary:
MEDICAID PROGRAM
PERIOD 1/01/2010-ONGOING
ACTION: Approved
Patient Pay/Deductible: $0.00
More Information About Benefits:
Medicaid Program Summary
Group 2 under 21 Medicaid
And then the same stuff as above.
And then it says I'll receive my mihealth card in a few days.
But it doesn't say anything about choosing a provider, or going to be choosing one. It doesn't give me any number (I'm sure the mihealth card will have one)
I'm pretty confused...
