Personally, I think it would be better to buy one of those ready made whole wheat pizza crusts and put your own stuff on it.

Tonight Dan made pizza for himself and my friend who is staying with me this week.  Man did that smell good!!!!!!

That is a lot of carbs, but the serving size is one pizza! I am sure you may not even eat that whole thing. let alone even half. I know I couldn't.

When I make pizza at home, I use tortilla shells.  If I order out, I get the thin crust.  I know that's not what you asked, but I just thought I'd throw out an alternative.  But like somebody else said, you wouldn't be eating the whole thing in one sitting.

To me, barbque chicken doesn't belong on pizza.  It's just not right!

Yes, I have tried it and didn't care for it.  I'd rather have a veggie one than bbq chicken!  I'm certainly not anti bbq, just on pizza!

I don't care for the BBQ flavor but I do like the grilled chicken. or the Ham and pineapple one with the thin crust.

the grilled chicken is good. but I drop the banana peppers and substitute mushrooms instead.

I cant get regular crust either cause it is too sticky.

I made a homemade one on tortia's with onions green peppers, ham, Pineapple. Used tomato sauce with oregano, garlic, and shredded mozzarella. baked for 15 mins. in 325 oven. It was good too.

don't know what the nuts are but know I can control them if I make it myself.
