Good trick for upping Carnation SF is put a scoop of unflavored (I use unjury).  Bumps up the protien to 33g's.  Or you could do a 1/2 scoop to get it to 23.  I found with the unjury it just makes it a touch thicker. But no aftertaste.  They have other flavors like strawberry that you could add to the chocolate which is NUMMO!

I ordered a sample pack of each and they were fantastic, but my favorite has been the chicken soup flavor.  Feels soo good on a tender stomach.  I'm ordering a bunch of that for when my post op is (which is probably very soon).
