OT-Dark Circles

Anyone able to recommend a cream for dark circles, including dry skin on/around eyes?  I was watching What I Hate About Me on Style and seen something mentioned.  I didn't catch the name but it was probably pricey anyway.  I have always had them but they are getting worse.  The show said that it happens with a large amount of weight loss too.  I sort of want to go on the show!

I bought some stuff from Kohl's that was about $35 for two different creams-one for bedtime and one for morning.  Can't really say that it worked, because I forget to use it about 95% of the time.  I am so bad about these beauty regimens that buying products is just a wast of money, since they are only as good as the user will let them be....
