Good Morning Michiganders!
Waking up to a cold one this morning. Hope you are wrapped up in a warm fuzzy with a mug of hot something. Got my coffee started.  What's in your mug?
QOTD-How often do you weigh in? I think I'm too compulsive and weigh too often-every morning.. I may just go to once a week because the fluctuations drive me crazy......
Time to hit the shower and off to work..
Take it easy!

Hi Deb.
At least we don't have it as bad as upstate New York, they have 52" of snow and it's been snowing for nine days!  It is cold tho.
Got up at 6:15 with three hungry dogs.  Fed them and pottied them and tried to snooze on the couch, but with the three dogs on top of me it was a bit hard this morning.  Oh well.  Hot Chai Tea this morning for me.  That really warms me up.
QOTD:  I used to weigh in every day, but when there was no change I decided not to do tht any more.  I think I'm down to about once a week now.  Not much is happening now either.  I  haven't been too compliant so I've started using fitday again to log my food.  I hope that will help.
Hope everyone that has to work today gets there safely and has a great day.

Good morning everyone!

Just arrived at work and drinking a cup of protein coffee.  Nice and warm!!

QOTD:  I have to admit I have weighed myself every day since surgery.  I even have a spreadsheet where I track my weight.  I know it sounds obsessive but I still have this fear of gaining weight.  Once I reach goal I hope I can convince myself to weigh in only once a week because like you Deb, the fluctuations drive me crazy and sometimes can put me in a mood!!

Have a great day everyone!

Had my Meijer gas station coffee this morning-I treat myself when I have to stop for gas.

I used to weigh myself every morning, but now that I am gaining because of loss of restriction with my band, I am staying off the scale.  Its like I never had surgery, and I am back to thinking about buying diet pills or other miracle cures.  What to do, what to do

Good morning.  Having my coffee.  Watching Dub playing (i.e. crawling around and getting into things) on the floor.  Trying to get motivated to shower and head to my inlaws for the day.

QOTD:  I weighed myself everyday, probably, for the 1st year post-op.  I used to keep it all on a spreadsheet, too.  These days, I go in spurts.  After I had the baby, I weighed myself often, but have stopped doing that so much.  It can be obsessive.  As long as my clothes are fitting the same and my eating's not out-of-control, I'm usually pretty good as far as weight goes.  So I probably average weighing myself 2x a month.

Good Morning All !

On my first cup of coffee to get the engines going, will go to protein coffee next.

QOTD - I had quit weighing myself daily back about 5 years ago and only did it about once a month, then when I started gaining I did it less (that doesn't make sense does it)  Now that I am Back On Track and losing my gain I weigh myself almost daily, I have to, it is a must to keep those numbers in front of my eyes !  I started this in November and will continue until I lose all my gain and then a few more, I have lost 16 pounds since November and need to get down another ten or so to be back at the basic beginning, then I'll try to work on the pounds I never lost in the first place.  Even though I wasn't where the doctor said I should be I was very happy, it was a good weigh for me but I think I now would like to lose a little more then that, we'll see what happens, one goal at a time !

Sorry, so wordy.

Have a great day!

Good morning all!

The roads sucked this morning.... but I skated my way in to the office.  Fun stuff.  When's spring?
Had my protein chai tea on the drive in and a mug of coffee when I arrived at work.

QOTD -- My official weigh in day is Tuesdays (that's the day I had surgery).  Tuesday morning is the day I write my weight down on my chart and that's my official weight for the week.  I might step on the scale between Tuesdays, but those weights don't count and it's just a curiousity thing.  This is the routine I've followed since my surgery 2 years ago and it's worked well for me.

Good Morning!

I have had my scrambled eggs and I am working on a nice cup of protein hot chocolate . . yummy!

QOTD- I only weight myself when I think about it . . about every 6 weeks . . but they are starting a "Biggest Loser Contest" here at work and I am thinking about doing it just to get weighed each week, I really need to be held accountable these days.

Enjoy the day . . stay warm!
