Ahhh ... the gazelle.  I think I'm going to get mine back from my mom.  That'd be a good thing to start up again.  :-)

Good Morning Everyone,
Water so far for me today.  Busy morning trying to get back into the swing of things.  They boys didn't want to get up and moving today, then to make matters worse, I slammed my sons hand in the car door.  Thank Goodness he had on mittens and didn't do any damage.  But man did I feel like a crappy mom.  :(

QOTD.  Im gonna work on the basics.   Vitamins, water, protein and exercise.  So far not so good. BUT  its early yet.

Have a great day everyone!!

Finishing my usual black, unsweetened half-caff.  I was up until 4:30 am, not what I planned,

Attention all Canton MI Meijer shoppers!  The bin that says Vanilla Creme Decaffinated is mislabeled.  Anybody want a pound of flavored cafine?  I mean coffee?

My challenge for this week is to get to the gym or get the body moving in the living room at least three days.  I think I will also count snow shoveling but only if I am out there longer than 30 minutes.  Okay, maybe 20 minutes.

Pam, that reminder website sounds good.  how much spam do they send?  I would have them text me and I have a pay as I go phone so it matters.

I resorted to sliding the scale around the floor to get a (margainally) acceptable reading this morning.   Phooey!

Well, it's almost evening.  I spent part of the morning blowing about 8" of snow from the driveway.  It has finally stopped and now is a light mist.  Went to Target to return something and they wouldn't give me cash back because my DIL had charged it.  So I had to take a gift card.  I bought a pair of dress slacks and a shirt for hubby.  Then Gary had to take me to see a quad he wants to buy.  It's a 2009 Polaris and he thinks we need it.  I think we DON'T need it, so we're discussing it now.  I wouldn't mind if it were a used one and maybe 4K cheaper!
Ate lunch at the mall, Honey Chicken from the chinese place.  Yup, I can eat sugar without ANY adverse effects (damn).
QOTD- Getting back on track.  I said I was going to track my food, but haven't as yet.  Maybe once I finish on line I'll do it.  At least once I read how everyone was getting back to regular vitamins I got right up and took some.  I've been lax on that one too.  I did gain a couple of pounds over Christmas, so I'm getting back to the high protein low carb thing again.  Holidays are hell for us WLS people.

if you get a 4 wheeler make sure you get the plow package on it then you can plow out the drive way in about 10 minutes. And it is fun too.

We have a honda 4x4 with the plow for the winter and a wench for summer. We play on it in the summer and it is a work horse in the winter.

Being up there it is a good investment. Exspecially for moving snow.

We have the plow with our garden tractor and Gary said he thought it would fit the quad.  I told him he could get it as long as I can get my plastic surgery when the time comes.  He wants to know how much that will cost, and I honestly have no idea.  Anybody know?

Hi everyone!

Go****'s already 4:14 and I am just getting to post this!  This morning I had to take my daughter to the oral surgeon and wait while she had her wisdom teeth pulled.  It's year end close for me here at work so I am busy, busy, busy for the next 2 weeks.

QOTD:  My challenge will be keeping up with my daily exercise during this two week time frame when I need to be working 16 hour days.  Already today I'm thinking there's no way I can make it to the 6:40 Body Sculpting class that I normally go to.  Looking at the week ahead, I have so many work deadlines that I feel like the only way I'm going to make it to class is if I make myself get up EARLY and go to the 5:45 am class.

Brenda - I didn't realize you already had your revision!  14 lbs is great!!

Good day everyone.

I have been on the go since early am. DH went back to work today so I had to drive him to his semi.  Then I went to the store to get stuff to make Chili, Stitch is happy.

I have gotten close to the Wendy's Chili recipe.  If any one wants the recipe just PM me.
and I will send it.

QOTD: My scale has not moved in a bout a week. Not up not down. I guess this is a stall. Not going to worry about it. Just going to make sure I keep following the rules.

can somebody give me an idea of how much food I should be able to consume at 8 weeks out?
I think I eat too much. but when I journal it, my calories are always under 1000 to 1200 cal.
I always seem to be afraid that I am going to screw this up and have waisted my time, having the surgery.

Mary - as long as you are following your doctor's plan you will do fine.  At 8 weeks, I was only getting in between 600-800 calories a day and right around 1/4 - 1.2 cup of food per 'meal'  depending on what it was.  Still to this day I can't eat very much meat without feeling stuffed.  A few bites of chicken or tuna or beef and that's all I have room for, but yogurt or cottage cheese, I can do 1/2 - 3/4 of a cup now at 10 months out.

Hope that helps.
