Tulip Time Festival May 1-8, 2010 – Celebrating over 80 years of culture, heritage and beauty

The Tulip Time Festival is a celebration of Dutch heritage and culture, a multi-generational event that has a little bit of something for everyone including; 3 amazing parades, multiple Dutch Dance performances, concerts, theatre, Dutch attractions, Dutch food, children’s events, trolley tours and so much more!

Here is a web site link to see what we could do.

I thing I am going to take my trailer and camp near there. And any one who would like to have a camp fire after will be welcome to join us.

I have also sent a e-mail to the Holland MI chamber of commerce requesting information on tours and 5k too.

I will keep you posted.

Who is planning on joining us?
And Chime in if you know of good fun thing to do.
Family/ WLS supporters/ members are too be included.

I am looking forward to this, so are my mom and dad.  I have never been.  When my youngest daughter (now 21) was about 5 she asked if tulips were magic.  When I asked her why she thought that she replied because they are so beautiful.

I'm guessing the 9th is Mothers Day so our Mom's on here would prob. prefer the weekend of the 1st, but that's up to you guys, I'm up for either.

I've never been to the tulip festival so I'm up for anything, no special arrangements here.  I'd love to go to Sagatuck for a few hours to walk around downtown, I love that place, maybe do a little wine tasting....just some ideas.

Count me in! Maybe I can talk my husband into letting me take our camper for the weekend too.  Sounds like it would be a nice weekend.
