Good Morning Everyone. Already been up ran to the bank and had my cpap appointment and had my cpap set up this morning. I'm thinking i'm going to do some organizing and housework i'm on break from school right now and possibly goign to take the kids to Mc Donalds playland to run around and get some energy out before they drive me crazy today :)
QOTD: Was thinking about this question earlier today, not really sure we have a timeshare so we can go anywhere but haven't decided will have to see how hubby's hours are and my classes are on how far we travel and also pending on when I have my surgery (Hopefully soon though)

Wow it is cold this morning. I am not sure who ordered this snow, but can we get a refund? This week should be calmer than last week, and time to buckle down with my eating and exercising. QOTD: I am going on a girls cruise Feb 6th for a week. This is all I have planned so far.

Hi everyone. I head to the doctors soon because I am sick with a possible sinus infection. No coffee this morning for me.
QOTD: I don't get to go much of anywhere these days because of my 2 big purchases this year (home and 1st car). I do hope to make a trip to Mackinaw Island and across the bridge to the Fort in Mackinaw City (for my 10 yo son). This should be in September. In March I plan on attending a concert in Detroit. That's all for me but it's plenty!

I am hoping to go to Mississippi-on the Gulf of Mexico in a few weeks to visit Bob's sister. But the holidays pointed out some issues that Bob and I have, so now traveling together doesn't seem to be such a great idea. If it doesn't pan out, it might be another year with no vacation.
Mary-go to Vegas. Even if you aren't' a gambler, the lights, shows and people are worth watching. Its the kind of place that you either love or hate, and I love it!

Afternoon Everyone.
I am working on some left over turkey with a touch of stuffing and some fresh veggies for lunch.
Christmas was wonderful around my house this weekend. The world should be seen through the eyes of a 6 year old.
We had a wedding on Saturday, I kind of feel sorry for the bride and groom. They invited about 250 people, and had 40 in attendance including the wedding party. But they are the ones who planned it for the day after Christmas a hour away from home.
As far a my quest for a promotion, everything is on hold until upper management returns from vacation on 1/8/10. That is ok, since we have no manager, it gives me a couple weeks to prove myself.
QOTD - we are planning a trip to the Toledo Zoo and one to Marineland in Niagra this summer. My son wants to see an Orca, and besides traveling to Orlando, this is the close as it comes. Looks like fun though.

Q: We're doing a 10 day Mexican cruise in Feb. with a big back balcony, ahhhhhhhh....can't wait! After that we're buckling down financially, so prob. "stay-cations", going up to the cottage... and that's ok with me, I LOVE staying home, sleeping in, in my own bed.

It's afternoon already! We spent the night driving to TN to my mom's house. She came home from rehab a few days before Christmas and since hubby is off, we headed south. Had my coffee and some oatmeal for breakfast. Not sure what we'll do for lunch.
QOTD: I would love to head back to Cape San Blas, in the FL panhandle. We rented a house on the beach last summer. It was the best. We discussed it but I think we'll wait until Dub is a little older, so maybe 2011 or so. Next year we celebrate our 20th anniversary and I have wanted to go to Hawaii for that, but not sure I'm willing to make the plane ride. We'll just have to wait and see. I know for sure that we will be heading back to Warren Dunes next summer and I'd love to go to Ludington, too. I'm sure there will be a trip to TN again. My sis lives in AZ and we'd like to head her way some time, too. Too many places to go and not enough time (and usually money, too!).

We do have bikes. We went out a couple of years ago, stayed in Rapid City. Didn't do the Rally, because they're a bunch of crazies during bike week. We did a lot of traveling around and really enjoyed ourselves. I'd definately go again. I didn't know there was so much to do and see in South Dakota!
