Welcome to the board.  How wonderful that you and your husband did this together.  Did you both have the same kind of surgery? It helps if you plan your meals ahead.  I have a harder time getting my protein in if I don't plan ahead.  Sip sip sip walk walk walk.

This will be a nice way for you and your hubby to get close all over again.  Lots of luck.

Good Morning Robin

Welcome to OH and congratulations to you and  your husband on your surgeries.  We have a great group of folks here, so jump in and get to know us.  Each morning we share "coffee chat" together to get our morning started.

As for recipes... there are millions!  LOL!

Eggface (an OH celebrity) has a great blog with new recipes every day. Her real name is Michelle (or  Shelly).   She's a few years out from her surgery, so if you dig back in her posts you'll find some stuff she was eating early out.

I've got a "Protein Book" on my blog that you're welcome to download.  The first half is information on vitamins, protein and nutrition and the second half is packed full of recipes for protein shakes, protein bars, protein-forward meals and desserts.
