Hi all!!

Well, I got the most wonderful news yesterday:::::::I've been approved!!  YEAH!!!
I am so excited.  As soon as Stacy from Barix told me I was approved, I let out a loud gasp sound and started crying as I was talking to her!!
She told me that she had gotten all my info to my surgeon's office (Dr. Poplawski) and they should be calling me soon.  I couldn't be happier.
As Stacy and I were hanging up, she told me now I can have a happy Merry Christmas!!  She is right.
Now my thoughts have switched from the mindset of getting approved to the actual surgery.  I'm not really scared, just a little bit I am. I have read where other people have been given something to calm their nerves down while they wait to be rolled back for surgery, so I am hoping I will be able to get something.  LOL

My husband is so cute, tonight he sat down at puter and read my notes that I have been collecting from here.  He told me he is going to make sure every day I am drinking enough and getting enough protein in!!  How cute.  He said I need to get a little notebook to keep on hand to write down what I drink and eat to make sure I get what I need.
I love him tons.

Well, I posted a blog on my profile if anyone wants to go read a litte bit more on me!!

Thank you all for your support and encouragement.
God Bless,

WOW CONGRATS!!
I am so very happy for you Tara!  I am sorry that I haven't been in touch but my computer was on the frits and my mom is now considered terminal, so I have had no time to write anyone.  I have put my surgery on hold until my mom passes because I want to care for her and not have to be cared for myself during her last days.  I will someday have my surgery and Hurley told me that all my stuff is good for one year.  So I do have to get the pshyc. evaluation done still but I have a doc. that will do it for $225.00 .  So this is just a set back but I will try when things smooth out.  God bless you and I will want to know all your wonderful updates and news!  Merry Christmas!!!
Blessings, Robbie

YEAAAAAAAAA! Just remember you will go through a ton of different emotions...Highs and Lows...scared as heck and happy as all get out...But, this is normal...

It is a wonderful journey, one you can see the changes as they happen....

Good Luck! See you on the losers bench!
